What are the payment options?
We accept card payments via Mastercard/VISA using the payment gateway our website's platform.
We are happy to absorb the merchant charges.

We also accept 3-part instalments if you purchase via Atome on our website's platform.
There is absolutely NO interest applied.

We also accept payments via PayNow or Fund Transfers for local purchases.
What are the delivery options?
SmartPac
This is the default mailing option with tracking number.

Estimated Delivery: 3 - 5 working days from purchase date with full payment.

Courier Delivery
This is the preferred option for fast and impeccable presentation of our packaged products.
​
Estimated Delivery: 1 - 2 working days from purchase date with full payment.
We can arrange for next-day delivery subject to courier availability.

Otherwise, delivery will be made within 2 days for paid purchases before 12pm.

Please note that time of delivery is in 5-hour blocks blocks and are not specific. We engage external courier delivery services and we will not be held responsible for damages or loss of goods in transition.

Purchases made on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday will be processed and fulfilled on the next working day.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns on products sold for hygiene and safety reasons.

However, if the products are broken or damaged due to preparation or packaging, we will either refund you the purchase amount of the product (less shipping charges) or replace with a new or similar product in stock.

We do not accept responsibility over damages incurred due to postage or shipping.
